A leading care service provider is seeking an Emergency Helpline Operator to manage calls for vulnerable clients. This remote role requires resilience and empathy, along with a minimum of a year's experience in a call centre environment. You'll be responsible for providing reassurance and coordinating emergency services as needed. A good educational background is preferred. 💸Salary:£22,843.57 (£14.76 ph)

With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
You have had a minimum of ayearsexperience in a call centre environment dealing withcustomers and have worked remotely.
A good general standard of education is required, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
