The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a Band 5 nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centred emergency care across the department, including assessments, planning and evaluating care, and responding to a wide range of clinical presentations.

You will work with patients and the multidisciplinary team, communicate under pressure while upholding policies, maintain documentation and contribute to audits and evidence-based practice.

Formación

• Band 5 nurse with experience in emergency care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across all areas of the department, carrying out assessments, planning and evaluating care.
• Develop advanced clinical skills including triage, cannulation, wound care, emergency response and support with minor procedures.
• Work with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation and contribute to audits and evidence-based practice.
• Support learners, new starters and HCAs to create a positive learning culture while developing clinical and professional skills.
