Job summary

Burberry in London seeks a Senior Communications Manager to shape and lead our earned media strategy across EMEIA. You will guide the regional team, partner with agencies across Paris, Milan and Dubai, and bring global brand moments to life with cultural relevance and precision.

You will drive regional editorial collaborations, oversee the press office, and translate media insights into actions that support brand and commercial priorities. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering fashion or luxury communications; regional strategy, teams or markets.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEIA media landscape and established press/stylist relationships.
• Experience guiding internal teams and international agency partners with clarity and accountability.
• Record of developing strategic campaigns and evaluating impact with meaningful metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with creative judgement in luxury branding.
• Professional fluency in English; French/Italian/Arabic welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the EMEIA communications strategy across campaigns, product launches, events and talent moments.
• Lead and develop the London-based regional communications team with an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Guide agency partners in Paris, Milan and Dubai for consistent messaging and delivery.
• Lead editorial collaborations, media partnerships and events from strategy to execution and evaluation.
• Build trusted relationships with editors and media partners; adapt global materials regionally.
• Oversee press office operations and translate media insights into actions aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
