Job summary

DRiV Incorporated seeks an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead treasury activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and to serve as a key member of the Global Treasury organization. This role will drive regional liquidity management, banking operations, cash forecasting, FX execution, governance, and financial risk management across multiple entities.

You will partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Shared Services, FP&A, and Corporate Treasury, overseeing treasury transformation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• MBA or ACT/CTP/CFA qualifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience managing cross-border cash pooling and intercompany funding.
• Experience with SAP and treasury management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional treasury operations and liquidity management across Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA).
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor daily cash positions.
• Manage banking relationships and regional account administration.
• Execute foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency exposures.
• Support treasury governance, controls, audits, and SOX compliance.
• Drive treasury transformation, technology adoption, and process standardization.
