WhatYou’llDo
  • Partner closely with theSr. DirectorSPP EMEAand otherEMEAleaders to drive and inspire change and growth in the region
  • Set and driveprogrammatic, repeatableSPP EMEA pursuit approaches frommid-sales cycle through close
  • Drive and measure time-boundopportunityprogression governance. Includingrelationship-building andongoing alignment withaccount teams and ecosystem to help break down barriers to customer value
  • Manage theTransformational SteerCo forEMEA– in conjunction with global counterparts. This includes inputs fromsales leadership,Executive Sales Strategy,Digital Strategy Group, Solution Consultants,etc.
  • Manage requests and collaboration between SPP andinitiatives likethe International Advisory Board (IAB)and executivealignment with customers
  • Drive the adoption of progression analysis tools and best practices; as well as set and lead progression governance (best practices, adoption, and data hygiene), alongside partnership with Sales Operations to improve outcomes
  • This role will be measured on facilitation of pipeline progression from stage 3 through close, including velocity/time to close and close rate. This includes structuring and owning the program from mid-cycle throughclose (including SPP onboarding and leadership review to progress to execution and close)
  • Define clear program outcomes and success measures, and guide initiatives from planning through delivery
  • Interpret and assess current business practices and creative methods for improved efficiency and effectiveness

  • Several years proven leadership and experience workingin sales strategy,across functional groups ensuring alignment of process driving the defined business strategy.Experience designing and program managing in areas such as sales operations/strategy, business development, or services
  • A high-performance self-starter with experienceand confidence in building relationships and influence across global teams
  • The ability to workin a structured wayin a fast-paced, fast-turnaround environment
  • Strong senseof ownership and flexible and resilient under pressure
  • Outspoken and creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach whooperatesat the highest level of integrity. This includes curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn
  • A passion for driving positive change, improving how teams work and grow
  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills, including at all levels
  • Confidence navigating complexity, and the capability to break downbig ideasinto clear, actionable steps
  • Comfort with metrics and using data to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate for improvement
