Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in the Commercial/TMT practice or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of technology and data issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technology legal strategic advice and counsel.
  • Draft and negotiate complex vendor contracts.
  • Support global transactions focusing on EMEA regulatory requirements.
