• 5+ years in technical program management or complex technical project delivery.
• Experience leading integrations involving APIs and AWS.
• Background in telecom, carriers, SIP/telephony, or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex carrier integrations for Hiya Protect.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Protect carrier integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to clarify requirements.

Skills

5+ years in technical program management

Technical fluency in REST APIs

Working knowledge of AWS services

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Jira
