Job summary

ICAEW is seeking an EMEA Tax Manager to join its established international tax team. You will lead the group tax reporting and manage compliance for multiple jurisdictions across the EMEA region, working closely with senior finance stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will be qualified tax or finance professionals with strong corporate tax experience, a Big 4/top 20 or multinational background, and about five years post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified tax or finance professional with corporate tax experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Approximately five years' post-qualified experience.
• Experience in Big 4, Top 20 or multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and year-end group tax reporting under US GAAP.
• Manage external advisers and corporate tax compliance across EMEA.
• Support tax audits, enquiries and correspondence with authorities.
• Oversee withholding tax compliance.
• Provide tax advice on transfer pricing, international projects, contracts, PE risks and global mobility.
• Support enhancement of tax processes, controls and governance in a listed environment.
