Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM for AI/ML or cloud startups.
• Experience engaging founders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong understanding of modern AI stack: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, model serving, and data infrastructure.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into business value for founders and executives.
• Proven ability to develop partnership strategies, scale programs, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in fast-changing markets.
• Data-driven with metrics to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with high-priority AI-native startups and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and execute a startup GTM strategy to accelerate adoption.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into growth opportunities for startups.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, AI Partnerships, and Ventures to drive startup acquisition.
• Create repeatable founder engagements and ecosystem programs.
• Prioritize startups based on strategic fit and potential Snowflake consumption.
• Track outcomes and provide market insights to improve strategy.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and activation of Snowflake AI products.
