Job summary

We want licensed merchandise to help promote our titles and build them into franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Netflix properties in how they turn up across all softlines and softline adjacent partners.
  • Ownership of third‑party approval processes for these partners.
  • Eye for detail and discernment; recognize incorrect use of Netflix IP on concepts as per style guide guidelines and required legal attribution on branding and packaging solutions.
  • Time management skills to uphold contractual deadlines for approvals at all stages of development.
  • Support partners with onboarding to online PD tool and provide directions on asset usage.
  • Creative lead for the POD creative within EMEA.
  • Development for the EMEA design team: presentation creation, trend research and pitches.
  • Manage freelancers and outside agencies to develop creative tools such as mood boards, product mock‑ups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products from infant to adult.
  • Able to manage DTR relationships, ensuring consistent creative alignment, timely approvals and strong collaboration between retail partners and internal teams.
  • Sample management: maintain an organized sample archive and ensure samples are available for presentations, reviews and showcases.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience within consumer products or retail‑related industries.
  • Knowledge of design for consumer products.
  • Knowledge of the licensing landscape with strong contacts and network across key markets within the EMEA licensing & retail landscape.
  • Knowledge of retail and industry trends.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time‑manage across multiple deadlines.
  • English with an additional European language is preferred.
