Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video team is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support the EMEA operational accounting activities for Prime Video. The ideal candidate will own month-end close, contribute to financial reporting, and guide internal controls improvements across a fast-growing business.

Fluency in English, strong modeling and data analytics skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential. Experience with US GAAP/IFRS, Cognos, Redshift, and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting month-end closing processes and financial reporting
• Experience implementing controls or participating in audits of financial reporting environments
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and reporting processes end-to-end
• Own end-to-end processes to support finance and business partners
• Assess internal control design and implement new processes and controls
• Execute judgments to accurately report financial results
• Drive projects and provide accounting guidance to stakeholders across finance and business teams
