Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks an experienced Security Manager, EMEA to lead physical security across its European footprint. Based in London, the role oversees corporate and retail security, supports new site builds, manages vendor relationships, and partners with HR, IT, Retail, and Facilities.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in corporate security, strong CCTV/access control knowledge, and the ability to coordinate security across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate security or related field.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Experience managing guard vendors and security projects.
• Experience supporting corporate offices, retail environments, or multi-site operations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed regions (EMEA).
• Experience supporting EMEA operations; security experience with retail ops is a plus.
• Familiarity with business continuity and emergency response processes.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards across Europe.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Project Management: Manage relationships with guard vendors, security integrators, and external providers; lead buildouts, relocations, expansions; coordinate timelines and readiness.
• Physical Security Operations: Manage day-to-day security across EMEA offices, retail locations, and facilities; badge access management and security requests; maintain standards.
• Investigations & Incident Response: Assist with internal investigations; coordinate with law enforcement; support incident management and business continuity.
• Event & Retail Security Support: Plan security for events and retail activations; collaborate with store teams to address needs.
• Security Systems & Technology: Oversee CCTV, access control, badge readers; work with vendors on installations and maintenance; coordinate security tech implementation.
