Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced regional leader to drive growth in robotics across EMEA. You will build a high-performing team, translate global strategy into regional plans, and foster executive relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.

You will identify new opportunities, accelerate customer success, and bring market insights to product and engineering teams while representing NVIDIA at major robotics events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in robotics, industrial automation, AI, enterprise technology sales, business development, or partnerships.
• 5+ years leading regional teams with mentoring and development responsibilities.
• Proven track record of strategy, pipelines, and revenue growth.
• In-depth robotics ecosystem knowledge including AI, simulation, digital twins, edge computing, autonomous systems.
• Strong executive connections with customers and partners.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Represent NVIDIA: Lead executive engagements at robotics forums and events.
