Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Fixed Term Contract FP&A Analyst in London to support the B&M stores across EMEA. You will help with monthly close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with finance and business teams to drive profitable growth.

The role requires strong finance/accounting skills, retail knowledge and the ability to multi-task with high analytical rigor, delivering accurate analysis and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified or actively working towards a recognised financial qualification.
• Experience of FP&A in a multinational or retail company.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, with ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
• Team player, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer focused with a can-do attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Advanced competency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• SAP, Insight, and Hyperion Essbase are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain reporting suites for EMEA DTC as required by the business.
• Assist with month-end processes including journals, variance analysis, bridges and discussions with budget holders.
• Assist with forecasting and planning across the full B&M P&L including loading submissions into Essbase and variance analysis.
• Review monthly results for T&E expense lines and follow up with department heads to ensure expenditure control.
• Support ad hoc requests and projects to aid decision making.
