Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the EMEA Real Estate Director on all transactional aspects of corporate real estate.
  • Proactively monitor lease milestones and expirations, coordinate strategic plans with regional leads to take advantage of market conditions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end real estate transactions: site selection, financial analysis, transaction structuring, negotiations, documentation, and closing.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders including Lease Admin, FM, Project Delivery, Legal, Finance.
  • Liaise with Lease Admin to maintain all abstracts, records, leases, purchase agreements, rent schedules, and related documents.
  • Work closely with legal teams to support preparation of required legal documentation for lease, acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition of properties.
  • Work directly with outsource providers to provide oversight to transactions, real‑estate valuations and portfolio optimisation.
  • Prepare and present transaction recommendations, financial models and summaries to senior management.
  • Ensure timely execution and compliance with internal controls, policies and corporate standards.
  • Maintain and update portfolio databases, dashboards and transaction pipeline reports.
  • Track market trends, maintain current knowledge of real‑estate markets and best practices.
  • Develop and sustain positive tenant, landlord and vendor relationships.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams through meetings and progress‑measurement activities to bring projects to completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real‑estate transactions, leasing or property acquisitions/dispositions.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with real‑estate contracts, legal documentation and closing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting a multi‑site corporate real‑estate portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field (minimum requirement).
