A leading cybersecurity firm in London seeks an innovative Project Delivery Leader to manage and deliver capital projects across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and a strong commitment to enhancing workplace environments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, delivering projects on time, and ensuring alignment with brand and culture. This role is based in London, England. EMEA HQ is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands with offices across the region, both fully managed and serviced.
We need an innovative project delivery leader to help us build and scale in the EMEA region. As a member of the Global Places & Security (GPS) team, you will be leading new build, refresh, & operational real estate projects, collaborating to develop design standards, managing site readiness and openings, and creating environments blending creativity and efficient work & customer facing spaces that are aligned to our brand and culture needs. You will deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment while elevating and driving an excellent customer, employee, and guest experience. You are expected to integrate leading project management practices, workplace design principles, and efficient workplace operating methods to ensure we delight our stakeholders with delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and highest quality while enabling the company to efficiently scale. You will be directly accountable for managing and accomplishing all project requirements / objectives aligned with Palo Alto Networks’ culture and business needs.
Apply project management methodologies to ensure execution of project goals and objectives across all workstreams.
Collaborate and interface with vendors, internal clients and business partners, (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) leadership, to ensure successful project delivery of work & customer spaces, and they align with our strategic goals, culture, and branding needs. Lead due diligence, business requirements gathering, programming, design, bidding, permitting, procurement, management, vendor evaluations & selection.
Ensure complete financial management of projects : estimate costs, manage budgets, maintain monthly forecasts, provide cash flow analysis, prepare anticipated cost reports and any other reports as required by leadership and Finance & Accounting teams.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into project progress, potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
Promote change and facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging good data and analytics to make recommendations and decisions. Incorporate sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions into all projects.
In collaboration with Procurement, negotiate contracts with selected vendor(s) and manage performance of all contracted vendors & consultants
MEP Infrastructure Management – Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for both new projects and existing offices, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with local standards.
Travel to different locations across the region as needed to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Ad Hoc Support – Provide timely support for ad hoc requests and operational needs from the EMEA Places team.
