Job summary

Career Moves Group is seeking a Program / Project Manager for the EMEA region, based in London with hybrid working. You will lead cross-functional programmes across Europe, coordinating with teams in London, Paris, Rome and Milan to drive strategic initiatives in the Experiences platform.

The role requires a proven track record in program management within a tech or high-growth environment, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to implement scalable processes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programmes.
• Experience in a technology company or high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create scalable, structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional programmes across EMEA.
• Manage several concurrent projects with timelines, milestones and objectives.
• Partner with city leads to deliver regional initiatives in London, Paris, Rome and Milan.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Supply Acquisition, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Create and improve scalable processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Identify risks and blockers; keep programmes on track.
• Prepare project plans, reports and stakeholder updates.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
