Job summary

Lean Executives Ltd. is recruiting a Product Manager for the EMEA region to drive product strategy in Process Technologies across pharmaceutical markets.

The role blends engineering insight with commercial focus and offers exposure to international markets and a developing leadership path. You will work with senior leaders to shape product development, pricing and lifecycle management, while collaborating with Engineering, Sales and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in engineering, product management, technical sales, applications or business development.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical or Process), Master's or MBA would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness with an interest in product strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• The drive, curiosity and ambition to develop within a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product strategies across EMEA.
• Analyse markets, customers and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, profitability and business development initiatives.
• Assist with new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and R&D teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across international markets.
