A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries. In this flexible hybrid role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing high-volume EMEA payroll, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. This position offers the chance to work in a global organization focused on continuous improvement and development.
Working Pattern: Flexible hybrid - initially 1 day per week in the Glasgow office and 4 days from home. Once settled, this may reduce to 1-2 office days per month in the office.

You'll play a key role in coordinating and leading all aspects of payroll, working closely with a third-party provider to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
