Job summary

Dematic is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive cybersecurity for OT systems across projects in the EMEA region. You will embed security by design, manage cyber risk, and ensure systems meet EU regulations and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.

The role requires collaboration with project teams, customers, and suppliers, with travel up to 25%. You will oversee system-level security architecture, assurance, and documentation, distinct from corporate IT security, and contribute to Dematic's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial automation experience.
Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and OT/ICS security fundamentals (network segmentation, hardening, secure remote access).
Knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230; awareness of NIS2.
Experience embedding cybersecurity into project and engineering lifecycle.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance: translate cyber act and machinery regulation into practical requirements for OT systems.
Secure-by-Design: embed OT cybersecurity into project lifecycle from design to handover.
OT Systems & Standards: apply ISA/IEC 62443 across OT systems and define secure baselines.
Risk, Assurance and Testing: conduct risk assessments, security testing, and track mitigations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: act as OT cybersecurity point of contact for project teams and customers.
Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits.
