A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking a passionate EMEA Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and support aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with the sales team, execute regional marketing plans, and analyze marketing performance. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in a SaaS or B2B tech environment, with strong skills in Salesforce and Pardot. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.
We’re a global team of over 400 people, working together to push the boundaries of open‑source technology and multi‑cloud solutions. Our vision is to become the trusted Data & AI Platform for everyone, leveraging the most popular open‑source technologies like Apache Kafka®, Aiven for PostgreSQL®, Aiven for ClickHouse®, and Aiven for OpenSearch® to help companies accelerate time‑to‑market, drive efficiency, and build innovative solutions across any cloud. Right now, we’re looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager to join our team who shares our passion for forward‑thinking and innovative approaches.
Our EMEA Revenue Marketing team plays a crucial role in our rapid growth and profitability across the region. With our business growing quickly, we are a small, highly collaborative unit of four—including the EMEA Marketing Director, another Marketing Manager, and an Event Manager—dedicated to achieving ambitious commercial targets. We have a major focus on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and high‑impact events.
So, how do we become the trusted open source data platform for everyone? By listening closely to our customers and taking action to ensure they achieve their business goals. You see, the software we create is merely a means of delivering value. Our thinking is customer‑first. That’s why our customers are at the front and center of all we do. In the spirit of sideways thinking, we’re by their side as well, actively helping them solve their challenges, collaborating, sharing, and innovating. In other words, it really isn’t just about who we are. It’s about who our customers are—and where they want to be.
Aiveners use the V2MOM framework to set and align on business goals. In order to achieve those business goals we live by our values, which unite us in our ways of working, globally.
These values are embedded in our business processes and support us in collaborating and role‑modeling positive and productive behaviours in our daily work, something you will have the opportunity to demonstrate throughout your interview journey with us.
With our rapidly growing business in EMEA, we have identified the need for a “full‑stack marketer” who thrives working across marketing functions to deliver impact. The Revenue Marketing Manager will run successful pipeline‑generating marketing activities in the region and own a key portfolio within the regional marketing plan from creation to implementation, with a focus on achieving commercial targets.
You’ll report into the EMEA Marketing Director and work closely with other Regional Marketing Managers, Account Executives, Inside Sales, and other marketing team members.
Please note that this role will require travel across the EMEA region.
Don’t worry if your experience doesn’t line up perfectly – we still encourage you to apply! We believe in investing in our crabs’ professional growth.
