Ōura in London seeks a Lead Counsel, Commercial & Marketing for EMEA to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Retail and Marketing.

You will negotiate complex B2B and channel agreements, advise on advertising and consumer campaigns, manage risk, and scale legal processes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years in law, solicitor qualification in England and Wales, and a pragmatic, business‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Senior solicitor with 8+ years in commercial transactions and marketing.
• Extensive in-house and law firm experience advising on B2B sales, partnerships and retail/ distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for EMEA.
• Structure and negotiate retail, distribution, reseller, marketplace, and ecommerce contracts across EMEA.
• Counsel stakeholders on legal issues affecting the business and marketing initiatives.
