Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
• GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications are required or preferred.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with global industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Experience in data center infrastructure (BMS, PMS, cooling, or power systems).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational ownership of information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within the EMEA regional scope.
• Provide partnership and relationship management with cross-functional teams to define and measure security postures and implement improvements.
• Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security efforts across Google’s fleet of data centers.
• Leverage control system insights across the DC Central Ops team, DC Software team, and site-specific stakeholders.
• Lead and continually optimize strategic and complex operational technology security programs to drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across multiple teams.
