As an Executive Director in the EMEA HR Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution across a significant portfolio of HR regulatory activity and initiatives in the region. You will guide the interpretation and implementation of financial regulations that impact the employee lifecycle, including performance development and compensation, as well as participating in regional and Board‑level governance.
