Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, EMEA Regional Manager within Global Security, based in Pinewood, Wokingham, Maidenhead, or Zug. You will lead the regional security strategy for the EMEA region, protecting people, facilities, and operations while aligning with enterprise standards and local regulations.

You will partner with Real Estate, HR, Legal and leadership to drive risk reduction, manage incidents, and support business continuity across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive security management experience.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of security regulations and best practices across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Security strategy for the EMEA region.
• Mitigate risks to employees, facilities, and operations.
• Oversee incident management and crisis response with authorities.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Legal, and leadership.
• Manage vendors and external security service providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA countries.
• Provide guidance on executive protection and travel risk.
• Analyze trends to drive continuous risk reduction.
