The Senior Manager, EMEA, Global Coaching will guide Bain’s coaching strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focused on senior leaders, career transitions, and capability-building programs with local offices and global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of relevant experience in executive or leadership coaching.
Experience in professional services, corporate coaching, or executive search preferred.
Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Local office stakeholder engagement with leadership, careers and departure teams in multiple EMEA offices; analyze data and elevate insights.
Provide 1:1 and group coaching engagements for senior staff and monitor goals with coaching leadership.
Deliver confidential career support and build relationships with employers, clients, and alumni to identify openings.
Deliver training and workshops to build leadership and coaching capability across the firm.
Coordinate with regional/global teams to share best practices and grow the global coaching brand.
