Job summary

Flywire, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A, EMEA. You will report to the Director of Finance, EMEA and transform complex financial data into actionable strategies that boost revenue and efficiency across our markets.

In this role you will build scalable models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting; consolidate EMEA results; analyze performance; and drive automation of reporting processes with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in tech/fintech.
• Ability to build scalable financial models and forecasts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA regional and global stakeholders with ROI analyses and performance insights.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze forecasting, budgeting, and reporting models.
• Consolidate EMEA regional results and ensure accurate, insight-driven reporting.
• Drive automation of manual reporting processes and improve data integrity.
