Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30

As the EMEA Financial Accounting Manager in our Global Business Services team, you will help maintain a secure & robust financial reporting framework through the markets it supports. You will also support the EMEA Finance Controller in driving strategic change alongside process, policy and efficiency improvements on a path toward greater alignment of accounting and control processes under the GBS model. With your proactive approach, and working with your finance partners, you will identify continuous improvement opportunities through the Financial Reporting processes, promoting best practice and drive accelerated close timeframes.
The role will manage, oversee and be the main point of contact for the Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit (both internal and external) for several EMEA CSI's entities in the GBS and directly manage a team of 2-3 Accountants.

Some international travel may be expected in this role (5-10%) mainly in Europe.

You will have management experience and be able to lead, motivate and develop a professional team.
