Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Equity Research Analyst/Associate for our Real Estate team. You will contribute to thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry presentations alongside senior analysts.

You will build and maintain company models and databases, communicate with institutional investors and internal clients, and develop research publications that inform investment decisions. A strong grasp of finance and markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Research or Banking (Industry, ECM, M&A).

As an Analyst or an Associate in the Real Estate Equity Research Team, you will contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations. You will communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders. You will create, maintain, and update company models and databases, gaining exposure to a wide range of industry topics and building relationships across the business.
