You will oversee financial controls, manage complex transactions, and collaborate with Finance, Market Risk, Technology and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in daily P&L production and month-end close processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Value reporting, inventory valuation, and accrual accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily P&L and explain variances with traders.
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate external reporting including Fair Value Measurement and Hedge Accounting.
• Lead Market Risk Reporting process for EMEA Energy and support regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations on key projects.
• Drive continuous improvements to the control environment and systems.
• Ensure team training and product knowledge across the function.
• Support expansion into physical EMEA Power & Gas.
