Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. It seeks a Head of EHS EMEA based in Blackburn or Kendal, UK. Reporting to the Global EHS Director, the role leads the EHS programme across the region, ensuring compliance and driving a safety culture.

The Head will design programs, oversee HSEMS deployment (ISO 45001/14001), manage risk, travel across the EMEA, and build high-performing teams to deliver measurable safety improvements.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificates are essential for the role.
• Degree in environmental sciences or related field required.
• 10+ years in EHS leadership with regional experience in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the EHS team across the EMEA region.
• Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continual safety improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and leadership on site strategy.
