Job summary

A leading financial group in the City of London is looking for an experienced DEI professional for the EMEA VP role. You will lead DEI initiatives, collaborate with teams globally, and report to the Director of DEI, ensuring inclusion and diversity across the organization. Ideal candidates will have a solid track record in implementing successful DEI programs in complex international environments.

This new role reports to Director of DEI, EMEA, and is part of a regional team of three as well as a global DEI and Community Engagement team covering Japan, APAC and the Americas. As the EMEA VP, you will be an experienced DEI professional who will bring effective collaboration and influencing skills and a successful track record implementing inclusion initiatives in a complex international setting.
