Job summary

A business improvement company is seeking an EMEA Delivery Excellence Planner to manage and coordinate training deliveries in line with KPIs and service agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience in administrative roles, and the ability to work closely with sales teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of the training academy and ensure high levels of service are delivered in a remote setting.

Purpose of the position

To assist in the coordination, administration, and proactive management of training deliveries within the BSl training academy to ensure efficient planning, utilisation, and administration, in line with core KPIs.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • To proactively manage, coordinate and respond to requests from the Sales teams in line with Service Level Agreements, KPIs and monthly delivery targets
  • Effective support and implementation of tutor onboarding, development, and tutor I Code and observation plans
  • To ensure that an efficient output is achieved through maximum utilisation and seamless coordination of the tutor diary in line with budget, revenue, gross profit targets, and strategy plans
  • To undertake the key administrative and systems-based tasks in line with correct operational processes and in coordination with key stakeholders
  • To liaise with associate tutors, as appropriate, in line with budget, to support the sales team in maximising client training opportunities
  • To support the EMEA CoE Planning Manager with reporting requirements as necessary
  • Collaborating with operational training coordinators to support in the proactive planning of non-delivery days (eg, exam marking, distance learning, client calls) to meet KPIs and client requirements
  • Utilise Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to manage delivery requests, track tutor availability, and update training schedules.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential, and proficiency in any additional European language is preferred.
