Job summary

Bluebeam, part of the Nemetschek Group, is expanding in EMEA with a focus on France and growth opportunities across Spain, Italy and Poland. The Industry Consultant/Business Development Lead will identify new markets, build relationships with AEC clients, and shape GTM strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Product teams, leverage industry expertise, and travel to emerging markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD, market expansion or regional sales in emerging markets (France, Spain, Italy, Poland).
• Consultative selling to AEC or similar complex B2B environments.
• Proven track record of developing and sustaining long-term client relationships with AEC experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel to emerging markets.
• Business fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new markets, segments, and strategic accounts to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Define and influence target market, value proposition and GTM plans.
• Develop entry strategies through customer interviews and relationships.
• Ensure regional initiatives, market entry activities, and partnership strategies remain aligned with global business objectives and quarterly performance goals.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and customer needs in target emerging countries or regions.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on demand patterns, product gaps, and competitive tactics.
