Responsibilities
  • The EME Bed Engineer will lead, and co-ordinate a proactive repair and maintenance program on a wide range of electric profiling beds, treatment couches, treatment chairs and pressure relief systems across the Royal Surrey Hospital and external customer's sites.
  • The role calls for someone from an Electro-Mechanical Engineering background, and as such the post holder will require knowledge across the range of technologies and services that fall under the responsibility of this post.
  • The Post holder will manage the preventative maintenance schedules and electrical safety testing across a range of electro-mechanical devices to ensure the EME department is meeting its compliance and KPI targets.
