Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Embryologist.
  • Robust knowledge of clinic SOPs and quality management systems.
  • Biopsy trained (desirable, not essential).

  • Conduct fertilisation checks and culture.
  • Embryo grading and cryopreservation.

Embryologist

London: Lister Fertility @ The Lister Hospital

Full time permanent contract: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with rotational weekends.

On-call system: Participation in on-call system for cryo alarm.

Salary: Competitive.

As an Embryologist, you'll work with our talented teams to support the delivery of safe, effective and patient‑centred fertility treatments. The role involves performing all aspects of the routine embryology service offered by the Fertility Unit, including oocyte/embryo handling, fertilisation checks, culture, embryo grading and cryopreservation. Routine laboratory maintenance and administration are also required.

What You'll Bring
  • BSc in Life Science; or completed STP programme, or minimum 2 years' experience as an Embryologist.
  • Robust knowledge of and adherence to HFEA regulations, clinic SOPs and quality management systems.
  • Clinical ICSI experience.
  • Biopsy trained (desirable, not essential).
