Avant Intelligence is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Embodied Intelligence Sales Manager to support our expanding operations in London, UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative AI-driven inspection and monitoring solutions to clients across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market and channel strategies for embodied intelligence solutions (robotics + AI) in target industries such as energy, power, utilities, and transportation.
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partners, system integrators, and distributors in key markets.
  • Lead enterprise (ToB / ToG) sales cycles, from opportunity identification, solution proposal, and bid preparation to contract negotiation and project delivery.
  • Drive business growth through both direct enterprise sales and channel expansion, ensuring revenue targets and market share goals are met.
  • Collaborate with product, R&D, and delivery teams to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that address customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and provide feedback to product and strategy teams.
  • Represent Avant at international trade shows and conferences, promoting AI-driven inspection and robotics solutions.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, reports, and CRM documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Automation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of solution sales experience in robotics, AI, or industrial digitalization.
  • Proven success in selling integrated hardware + software solutions and managing key enterprise or government accounts.
  • Strong commercial insight, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination with R&D and product teams.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese or other European languages a plus, with willingness to travel or work overseas.
