Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd offers Apprenticeships of 2–5 years across STEM and business routes, with paid on-the-job training and support for academic study up to degree level. Placements are designed to integrate you with teams, protect study time, and involve community and STEM projects.

The role includes rotating through projects in Integrated Project Teams, with university attendance for an Embedded Electronics & Systems Design Apprenticeship leading to a BEng (Hons) EE degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 120 UCAS points with Maths and Physics.
• BTEC Extended Diploma or equivalent and 5 GCSEs (4-9) including English, Maths and Science plus two subjects.
• Willingness to undergo UK security and eligibility checks.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through projects in Integrated Project Teams and support design and test of products.
• Develop practical engineering skills and understand processes and technologies.
• Participate in STEM outreach and ambassador activities at schools and universities.
