Job summary

Wr Hvac in London is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to drive firmware and hardware development for next-generation HVAC and clean technology products. You will own embedded software and electronic hardware from prototype through to production, collaborating with mechanical, thermal and controls engineers.

The role combines real-time firmware, custom PCB work and rigorous hardware testing, with equity participation and a path toward long-term technical ownership in a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or Embedded Systems.
• 7+ years’ experience in the white goods industry or similar.
• Strong embedded firmware development experience with C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom PCBs, including schematics, layouts and component selection.
• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ and Python.
• Design control systems for thermoelectric modules, fans, sensors and actuators.
