Role details

Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer on a contract basis, to join their team in Hastings. This role involves working onsite for three days a week and offers the opportunity to contribute to critical projects within the full software development lifecycle.

Job Requirements
  • Experience in significant parts of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through to verification and validation
  • Proficiency in embedded software development using procedural languages like C, C++, or Ada
  • Understanding of operating systems, preferably including Linux
  • Ability to obtain a level of UK Security clearance appropriate for the role
  • Flexibility to work from home and in the office (hybrid model typically 3 days onsite)
