TLD Powervamp in Kempston seeks an embedded firmware engineer to design, develop, and validate firmware for our GSE product range, from prototyping to production. You will work across the full development cycle with hardware designers and a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust embedded software for aviation ground support equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong embedded C experience on Microchip/STM32 ARM.
• Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analysers).
• PCB development experience (Altium Designer) advantageous.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.

• Design, develop, and validate firmware for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with hardware designers across the full development cycle.
• Ensure robust operation and reliability for field deployments.
• Drive software architecture decisions and participate in design reviews.
