Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager to co-manage the India funds within the EMAP Equities team based in London.

You will work with the lead portfolio manager and product analysts to generate performance for clients. The role requires 8+ years investing in Indian equities, a strong bottom-up investment process, and the ability to collaborate with PMs and analysts while maintaining a rigorous framework in a volatile market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years investing in Indian equities, buy-side preferred.
• Strong fundamental/bottom-up investing skills with a disciplined process.
• Willingness to contribute ideas within a defined framework.
• Ability to work in a team with other PMs and analysts.
• Clear thinking in volatile markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead manager with all aspects of managing the India funds.
• Collaborate with EMAP team analysts on stock ideas following investment process.
• Contribute ideas for portfolios and manage stock tilts and risk.
• Engage in client communication.
