Recruitment Manager @ Sweet Analytics | CPE, LPC

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue.

You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of email campaigns — including building, testing, deploying, and reporting primarily within Klaviyo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for CRM, data-driven marketing, and the beauty industry, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Build and deploy marketing, lifecycle, and transactional email campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Create engaging, on-brand templates and copy in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative teams
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continually optimise performance
  • Manage audience segmentation and data hygiene within Klaviyo
  • Assist in developing customer journeys and automated flows to support lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.)
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of CRM and contribute insights to the wider marketing team for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Head of CRM, eCommerce and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives
  • Support the Head of CRM on loyalty initiatives and customer engagement projects
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, ideally within Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and email best practices
  • Analytical mindset with confidence handling campaign data and producing actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
