A leading educational organization in Scotland is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to deliver high-performing email campaigns. This position is fully remote but candidates must be based in Scotland for collaboration purposes.

The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering high-performing, data-led email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions across The TEFL Org’s global markets. This is a hands‑on, creative, and analytical role that combines copywriting, design coordination, and automation. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery in Klaviyo (and related tools), ensuring every send is on‑brand, targeted, and optimised for engagement and revenue. Working closely with the wider marketing and customer experience teams, you’ll play a key part in building meaningful, long‑term relationships with our audience. While this is a fully remote role, we are only considering candidates based in Scotland. The Brand & Content team are located in Scotland’s Central Belt and meet in person regularly, so proximity is important for collaboration.
