Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

Are you a creative, data driven marketer with a passion for crafting impactful email campaigns?

We're looking for a hands on Email Marketing Executive to join a high-performing CRM team within a well-established, fast-growing business based in St Ives.

You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, compliant, and high‑performing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver end‑to‑end email campaigns, writing copy, designing visuals, and building responsive, mobile‑first emails.
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to manage segmentation, dynamic content, testing, and deployment.
• Optimise performance by analysing open, click‑through, and conversion rates, implementing structured testing to continuously improve results.
• Champion best practice ensuring all campaigns are on‑brand, accessible, compliant (GDPR/CAP), and technically sound.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain consistent messaging and contribute to wider CRM development, including SMS, push and in‑app activity.
• Report and recommend producing clear insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

We’re keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• 2+ years' experience designing, writing, and building email campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive design.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP).
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of customer behaviour and conversion.
• Confidence with personalisation, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and email compliance.
• Familiarity with image editing tools such as Figma or Photoshop.
