A leading global jewelry brand is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to support their CRM activities. The role involves executing the newsletter programme and optimizing performance across email channels. Candidates should have at least a year of experience in CRM or email marketing and possess strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers hybrid working with office days in London.

This role reports into the CRM & Loyalty Manager and will support with all aspects of Pandora's CRM activity. You will have combined objectives to support both online sales as well as to drive footfall in retail stores.

As CRM Assistant, you'll blend core competencies of creativity, analysis, and commerciality to play a vital role in supporting our customer data and communication strategy. Predominantly working on Email Marketing across UK & Ireland, you will own the end-to-end execution of Pandora's newsletter programme, ensuring excellence across creative briefing, template building, customer segmentation and performance analysis.
