HRtechX Ltd. in London is seeking an Email Marketing Analyst to own our email campaigns and CRM-driven revenue opportunities. You will craft emails, collaborate with the design team, and align with content and sales to target the right audiences.

You’ll join a fast-paced startup environment with strong growth potential, working from our London HQ next to Victoria Station and reporting to the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator in English, writing and verbally with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases and maximizing revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns to drive focus towards events (webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
