Job summary

CFO Insights, based in London, is seeking an Email Content Manager to own our email marketing content and campaign execution. You will work closely with the CEO on marketing initiatives and manage campaigns from concept to delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a scale-up setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and benefiting from clear growth paths and a competitive salary. This role is based at our London HQ with no remote work offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English, writing and verbally, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximise revenue from our CRM and email database.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns with the Graphic Designer to drive event focus.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrations by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
