About the role

Working with the editorial team this role will see you shaping the content of our broad newsletters portfolio. You will lead the team in idea generation for articles on everything from shopping to careers and will decide what articles will be created for our newsletters audiences, working closely with a team of writers to ensure deadlines and standards of quality are met. You will be responsible for building newsletters, deciding on the optimal subject line and scheduling the sends. The email content editor will also attend meetings to report on email content performance and should be comfortable advising other parts of the business on newsletters best practice as needed.

This is a part‑time role working 1 day (7 hours) per week. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement combining office‑based and (predominantly) remote work.

Requirements
Essential:
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle lots of different deadlines while working at pace.
  • As comfortable coming up with ideas for shopping listicles as you are in tracking open rates.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with the wider editorial team.
  • An understanding of email marketing and what content works on this platform.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion about how newsletters can play a role in connecting with readers.
Beneficial:
  • Experience using HubSpot or other newsletter publishing tools.
  • Experience using analytics to make newsletter strategy decisions.
  • Strong editing skills.

This is a part‑time temporary position working 1 day (7 hours) per week. Your contractual office base is our London Fleet Street Office. At Stylist we offer a hybrid working model.
