Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking an Email Channel Manager to own our email marketing programs and drive revenue from our CRM databases. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to craft campaigns that promote events and webinars.

You’ll lead data-driven improvements, acquire reactive leads, and work closely with Content and Sales to reach the right audience. A UK work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
• Copywrite and design emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards events.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
